Server first makes a list of all files and the total file size. This should be less than the free available storage space you have available.
Then it downloads all files to the server, keeping a copy of html files, images, zip files, media files. Then all these files are transferred to your cloud.
Transfers can run as long as they need to — there is no time limit. Speed depends on how many active seeders a torrent has: plenty of seeders and it finishes quickly, while a torrent with none cannot make progress at all. You can watch progress at any time, and if a torrent has no active seeders you can cancel it and start a better-seeded copy instead. Cancelling costs you nothing.
Yes — just keep an eye on your available space. Only active transfers count against your plan's storage, so the moment you send finished files to your cloud that space is freed and the next item in your queue starts automatically. If a queued item will not fit in the space you have left it is cancelled rather than left waiting, so moving completed files to your cloud is what keeps a big queue flowing.
